Dixie Shower Doors offers the following warranty clauses for all services offered:
Shower door installation- lasts up to 15 years. This applies to professional labor only and to the original purchaser of the enclosure. If at any time you decide the installation is failing, we will come to look at the issue, and make any repairs at no charge due to the warranty.
Glass – there is no warranty for glass breakage once it has left our care. If however, a panel breaks, we will make an effort to quickly replace it for a reasonable price. Manufacturer defects can happen from time to time, and if we have missed something during our inspection process, you will have 14 days to bring it to our attention.
Hardware- these warranties differ for each manufacturer. We suggest you call our office for more information about your specific brand. These warranties range from 1 year to lifetime coverage so it worth calling about your new shower door installation just in case. Warranties do not cover misused cleaning products, accidents, alterations, owner negligence or abuse.
Wear Items – these are not covered under warranty. To get a full list of these items, call our office.
Sealants – sealants are used for most enclosure applications. If these applications are done by us, Dixie Shower Doors, we will warranty leakage when sealant was applied for a period of 2 years.
Activation- All warranty coverage is valid only when the product is registered online within 30 days from the date of installation.
