“I used Dixie Shower Doors years ago in our old house. When shopping for a new frameless shower door, I remembered them and called them to set up an appointment come measure and give me an estimate. I was not impressed with the guy doing the estimate. He seemed bothered by my questions, was trying hard to drive the price high, and never called after the meeting to follow up, neither did anyone else from the company. Needless to say, their competition: 5 star “My Shower Door” company won the business. Not only did they sent a guy who came prepared, had samples on hand, was knowledgeable, was not upselling me, was patient, gave me a lot better price; they also had a communicative and friendly back office and a terrific install team. We did have a couple issues with our glass having to be remade a few times because of chips so the install was delayed about a week or two. “I can’t remember if I already left a review or not, but they deserve it anyway. 5 stars for custom shower wall and door glass work. Also over a year or so later needed to replace some clear sealant in a glass on glass right angle joint. Showed up cleaned up knocked it out. They’ve done two showers for us and one was very high end work that was rejected by two other glass companies because it was “too complicated.” Wonderful staff and on site crews. Constant compliments on our glass showers. Would recommend 10/10. Thank you!”
